Shamsuddin was born on 10 February 1996 in Gulbarga, now Kalaburagi, Karnataka, India. He was raised in a family associated with agriculture, construction, public service, and politics. His father, Qasim Patel, worked as a civil contractor before later moving into agriculture and public activities. His mother is a homemaker and has been involved in community and public affairs.
